The Empowering Curriculum is designed in tandem with this philosophy and is promoted in close association with the teaching faculty.
The school also offers Learning Support with the collaboration of the teachers to provide assistance and expertise to students with learning issues. Students with EAL (English as an additional language), SEND (Special Educational needs and disabilities) or those who have moderate learning issues are provided essential support to help them make desired progress. Personal Support
Our learning experts give personalized, one-to-one lessons on a weekly or fortnightly basis to support needy students. These are given at the time when no-exams are scheduled.
Study Mates
The school has established a student mentoring program where capable students are paired with weaker students as Study Mates to provide guidance, mentoring and support as per need.
Learning Skills Coaching
Our learning experts provide coaching to students in the arena of learning skills so that they learn and practice efficient techniques of gripping information and knowledge.
Supervision
The student's progress is monitored closely with the help of review of assessments and reports from teachers. The Learning Support strategy is then designed, varied and implemented accordingly.
Parental Support
Parents, mentors and guardians are kept well informed and taken into confidence to provide all-inclusive support to the students.

We make sure that there is accessibility to all the required facilities to such students and their families, communities and staff. We concentrate on reaching these students by offering them with high quality instruction programs that meet their unique needs of learning. Our special education program is directed to deliver continuity, stability and enormous opportunities for inclusion within the main framework of the school so that these students feel integrated.
Some students may require more intensive support and specialized training, so we have devised distinctive programme for them. We continually aspire to introduce innovative intensive programs for such students every now and then.

Library is rare place where people lower their voices and raise their minds.
A library is a door open to wonder and excitement. It is a temple of knowledge, a treasure of secrets, a balm for the soul and a cardinal for imagination. Children can learn in numerous ways in a library and stretch their frontiers far beyond.
The Maxfort Library is a warm cordial point that welcomes students to take a pause from the rush of school life. It is incredibly and thoroughly well stocked with books for all age groups of students with varied abilities of reading. There is a huge collection of books of different genres to expand the horizon of children.
The library helps to enrich the experience of students and nurture their desire for knowledge. Inculcating good reading habits, the library offers ample space to students to develop skills of research and learning, laying the foundation for academic growth in future.
There are many non-fiction books to supplement reference and other books that support academic study. Equipped with computer connections, internet access, the Library allows students to carry on their research work whenever required.
